  • Protect Your Margins: Ensure high-value discounts are only applied to the correct collections or minimum cart values.

How It Works (Setup in 4 Easy Steps)

We’ve built this to be powerful yet simple to configure within your Checkout Rules dashboard.

Step 1: Create the Rule

Open the app and select the new Discount Rejection option.

Step 2: Select Your Codes

Choose the specific manual discount codes you want to control.

Note: This feature focuses on manual codes entered by customers, as automatic discounts apply silently.

Step 3: Define Your Conditions

Use AND / OR logic to set strict boundaries based on:

  • Customer: Email, tag, or purchase history.
  • Cart/Product: Minimum value, specific collections, or quantities.
  • Timing: Limit the discount to specific dates or hours (perfect for Flash Sales).

Step 4: Craft Your Message

Write a custom error message. This is your chance to turn a “rejection” into an “upsell” by guiding the customer on how to qualify for the deal.
