We’ve fine-tuned our metrics to give you a 360-degree view of how your store is being protected and where your revenue is being saved.

What’s New in Your Analytics Dashboard?

1. Unified Checkout Rule Triggers

Previously, the Checkout Rule Trigger metric was a bit modest – it only counted “Checkout Validation” events. But we know that Discount Rejection is just as critical to your strategy.

  • The Change: Now, every time a discount is blocked or a validation rule is triggered, it’s counted under one unified metric.

  • The Benefit: You get a much more accurate and “honest” look at how often your rules are stepping in to guide (or protect) your customers. No more manual math to see the total impact of your setup.

2. Deep-Dive Insights for Discount Rejection

We’ve added a dedicated Discount Rejection data layer into your Total Rule analytics table. You no longer have to guess if your “No Stacking” or “Regional Discount” rules are actually working.

Now you can see at a glance:

  • How often specific discount rejection rules are triggered.

  • Exactly how these rules contribute to your overall Saved Revenue.

  • Which promotional rules are most effective at preventing misuse.

Analytics isn’t just about looking at pretty charts; it’s about optimization. With these clearer metrics, you can:

  • Identify Friction: Use the Checkout Funnel to see if a specific validation rule is causing a high drop-off rate.
