Blockify now integrates with Shopify Flow – Automate Your Fraud Prevention Workflow!

November 12, 2025

We’re excited to share that Blockify now integrates with Shopify Flow!

This integration lets you automate your fraud prevention workflow using real-time events from Blockify – such as “Order Blocked” or “Order Needs Review.”

What You Can Do with This Integration

This is more than just a connection – it’s a complete automation upgrade for your fraud management strategy. Blockify provides the data (triggers), and Shopify Flow provides the intelligence (actions).

You can now automate critical processes based on real-time Blockify events like “Order Blocked,” “Order Needs Review,” or even specific Blockify data points like a customizable riskScore.

Here are some powerful workflows you can build immediately:

  • Auto-Cancel High-Risk Orders: Immediately cancel high-risk orders before they can be processed and slip through, preventing chargebacks and fulfillment costs. By adding a condition based on the risk score, you can create a workflow that automatically cancels “high-risk orders”, adds a manual-review tag to “medium-risk orders”, and tags “low-risk orders” as safe for fulfillment.
  • Create detailed support tasks for orders needing manual review: When Blockify automatically blocks and cancels a high-risk order, Shopify Flow can trigger subsequent actions. This workflow can automatically add a “fraud-risk” tag to the customer’s profile to prevent future purchases and send an internal email or Slack notification to your fraud team to log the event.
  • Create Support Tasks: Use the trigger to automatically create detailed support tickets in tools like Gorgias for orders requiring a manual decision.

With these automations, you’ll drastically reduce manual work, increase team efficiency, and keep your store safer, especially during high-traffic seasons like BFCM.
